HOW TO ADD LANGUAGE TO THE VIEW
^^ Featuring my girl, two nephews, my brother and a hubby ^^

As much as I love taking, allocating, looking through photos, I have even better fun having fun with them - from adding special effects to desaturating in order to get very 'newspaper/reportage' outcome where image tells more with less amount of hue. So I have chosen a few I'm in love with the final result - viewer's eye naturally focuses on different aspects of the image: I love looking at the ones Damian is so concentrated on repairing my laptop and adding the story to the one my brother's frowned face can tell. While colour is cast aside monochromatic portraits come out clean, classic and framed will go with any wall colour/interior design. I know I still have years of learning and practicing in school of photography but being so passionate about a single snap, it can only get better. Through colour or black and white magic. x

  2. Fantastic idea to put colour aside because the focus is on emotions and shadows. Let's tell more stories through black and white!

  5. The photography is beautiful in this post Eli, I have been considering doing a photography course myself and you are inspiring me even more. The black and white really gives it an edge and I love how you have managed to get a blurred background in the last photo.

    Have a great week.

    1. Thank you! I still don't consider myself a photographer, more of a hobbyist but that's how it starts, doesn't it?

    1. Yes and the beauty about it is that you can tell a different story each time because there are no distractions, the focus is on eyes, background. x
